Sounds good to me, except change the cheesecake to a wedge of really good apple pie, with a scoop of top grade vanilla ice cream. No, wait! Make that a slice of aged cheddar cheese. Steak with crumbed calamari ring and scollops, creamy bacon potatoe salad.
Or use to prawns to make a sauce for the steak. Saute prawns and scallops 3 minutes. Add calamari and continue saute. Deglaze with wine. Add cream, shallots, salt and pepper. Thicken with cornflour.
